What is The Show Jumper?

The Show Jumper is a data platform for show jumping horse scouting. It lets you search thousands of competition horses and filter them by real performance — such as clear rate, average faults and competition height — using the results lists from across the sport.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The free account lets you search horses and filter by performance on any device. You only need to create an account — no credit card required.

How much does the Pro plan cost?

Pro is $99 per month plus VAT. It adds watchlists, new-match alerts, advanced and saved filters, and contact discovery — aimed at scouts, dealers and trainers who want an all-in-one scouting solution.

Do you offer custom analytics for professional stables?

Yes. The Premium tier is a consulting engagement for elite stables and athletes, delivering bespoke analytics and private dashboards. It runs as a custom retainer from $1,000 per month, with a minimum term and scope agreed up front. Availability is limited to a handful of clients.

Can I hire you to scout horses for me?

Yes. Our done-for-you scouting service is hands-off and white-glove: you give us the brief and we deliver a curated, data-backed shortlist of horses that fit.

Is it only for buying and selling horses?

Not at all. Plenty of people use The Show Jumper simply to follow the sport — keeping an eye on the horses and riders they love, seeing how a class went, and staying informed. It is a scouting tool and a way to stay close to show jumping, in one place.

Where does the horse data come from?

Performance is built from general competition results lists, aggregated and matched into clean, comparable horse records.
